TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 1/22/24)
Petsecutive Doodies is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we,” or “our”) that provides pet waste removal services to residences, businesses, and commercial properties. You (Client) agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.
DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Petsecutive Doodies offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include Monthly Subscription Poop Scoops (Weekly & Every Other Week) and One Time Poop Scoops. All pricing is based on the size of Client's yard (increments of 1/4th of an acre), the number of dogs Client owns, and the amount of time since the area was last cleaned. Service days will be predetermined based on Client’s location. Due to the nature of the nature of the business, Petsecutive Doodies cannot provide an arrival time frame for the day of the service.
ACCESSING YOUR YARD
Areas requiring cleaning must be easily accessible by Petsecutive Doodies. Client understands that if Petsecutive Doodies cannot access the areas requiring cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard, the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. If client requests we come back, a $5 return fee will be added to the client's bill. Petsecutive Doodies will not climb over fences and suggests the use of gate combinations or key lock boxes to avoid locked gates. If gate/lock box/alarm codes are changed, please update email Petsecutive Doodies as soon as possible at katelyn@petsecutivedoodies.com so we may update our records.
WEATHER
Petsecutive Doodies will work through the rain, snow, and cold as long as it is safe to do so. Client understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding, or a large accumulation of snow. In the event of inclement weather, the following will occur:
For One Time Poops Scoop clients:
Petsecutive Doodies will make every attempt to reschedule the service to another date, either before or after the inclement weather.
For Monthly Subscription Poop Scoop clients:
Petsecutive Doodies will skip the service for that week and resume the following week. No refunds will be offered for missed weeks due to weather as Petsecutive Doodies will still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If Client needs the area cleaned before the next scheduled service, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your need, but cannot guarantee it.
Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is extremely muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.
HOLIDAYS
Petsecutive Doodies does not provide services on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will reschedule your service to another day that same week.
BILLING & PAYMENT
Petsecutive Doodies pre bills monthly for our Monthly Subscription Poop Scoop service. Invoices for the upcoming month of service will be emailed to the email address on file during the last week of every month. Payment for the upcoming month of services will be due on the first service day of that month. If your card is declined, or payment is not received by the due date, Petsecutive Doodies will pause services immediately until the issue has been resolved. We will only pause service for a maximum of 30 calendar days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule and a first time clean up fee will be applied once you are ready to restart services. Payment for One Time Poop Scoops will be due the day of the scheduled service. If payment becomes more than 30 days late, Petsecutive Doodies will turn your account over to collections.
TALL GRASS, LEAVES, SNOW, & DEBRIS
To ensure the best service possible, the areas requiring cleaning must be free of excessively tall grass, leaves, snow, and other debris. Petsecutive Doodies will make every attempt to ensure Client's yard is 100% clean. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. Client understands that Petsecutive Doodies can only scoop what we can see, and it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass, leaves, snow, or other debris. If your grass is tall or the waste is frozen when we come, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at katelyn@petsecutivedoodies.com.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be emailed to Petsecutive Doodies at katelyn@petsecutivedoodies.com no later that 5:00 PM EST on the day prior to your scheduled service. For example, if your regular service day is on Wednesday, cancellations must be emailed no later than Tuesday at 5pm. Failure to provide proper notice of cancellation to Petsecutive Doodies will result in Client being charged in full for the cancelled service.
For Monthly Subscription Poop Scoop Clients: If Client cancels all services after the first service, client will be billed the cost of a One Time Poop Scoop determined by the number of dogs, size of the area, and the amount of time since the previous clean. Monthly Subscription Poop Scoops can be paused for a maximum of 30 calendar days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule and a first time clean up fee will be applied once you are ready to restart services.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
If Client is unhappy with services, they may cancel at any time in writing to katelyn@petsecutivedoodies.com. Client understands Petsecutive Doodies’s right to also terminate services if it is felt that we are not a good fit for Client.
PRIVACY POLICY
As a requirement to provide services, Petsecutive Doodies collects personal information (including, but not limited to Client's name, email address, phone number, and physical address) from Client via our website form or through any other digital or personal communication. Information collected by Petsecutive Doodies is voluntarily provided by Client and is used for business operations only. Petsecutive Doodies agrees to never sell Client's information to third parties. Petsecutive Doodies may provide Client's information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing Client payments, maintenance or development of the Petsecutive Doodies internal systems, etc. Petsecutive Doodies may also share Client's personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.
REVISIONS
Petsecutive Doodies provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments, including but not limited to changes in fees & promotions, will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to Petsecutive Doodies's website. It is recommended that Client visits the website to review any changes in Petsecutive Doodies's practices. Client's continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
SHUT DOWN
Petsecutive Doodies reserves the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas Eve and New Years Day. Client will be billed at their normal monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.
